What is Tiered Program?

Tiered Program is a point sysem that btwn users can reach by earning points. Based on taking specific actions, the users will earn more rewards from btwn. Each time a user reaches a new tier, they'll earn a special reward from btwn-- btwn will cover the costs of the rewards when a user levels up to a new tier.
