When my customer makes another referral, how many times do I pay the referral fee to the customer?

By default, you can reward the customer up to 5 times per month for their referrals. For example, if a customer makes a 6th referral within a month, you do not need to pay the referral fee as the limit has been reached. We highly recommend a minimum of 3 rewards, as this often turns a one-time customer into a long-term one. To adjust the reward system, please contact us at support@b-plat.net.
