How do I link my card?
Go to your settings and select 'Card'. Here, you can add up to 5 cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex). Once you've linked your card, you can start earning cash when you shop at any btwn vendor!

How do I make a referral?
1. Make a purchase at a btwn vendor with the card you linked to the app. 2. Invite your friend to download the btwn app and connect with you by linking their Facebook account, syncing contacts, or using your invite code. 3. Refer your friend through word-of-mouth, text, or social media to shop with the vendor. 4. The referral is complete once your friend makes a purchase with the vendor you referred. Your friend will receive a notification to confirm the referral. If your friend does not confirm, you'll receive your cash reward after 24 hours.
Note: Your friend must download btwn and make the purchase with their linked card.

What is an invite code?
An invite code is one of three ways we verify referrals. When you sign up, you'll receive a unique 6-digit code automatically generated upon creating an account.

How do I redeem cash rewards?
You can redeem your cash rewards on the app. Simply go to 'Wallet' and tap 'Redeem My Rewards'. The minimum balance required for cash withdrawal is $10. You can choose to receive your funds via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
